General Terms and Conditions
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our online shop https://charmingglamour.de/.
(2) In the event of the conclusion of a contract, the contract is made with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part but is only a non-binding invitation for the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is made in the following steps:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirming by clicking the button "Order"
- Checking the information in the shopping cart
- Pressing the button "Checkout"
- Registering in the online shop by entering the registration details (email address and password).
- Checking and correcting the entered data again.
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay" or "Buy"
The consumer can return to the website where the customer's details are recorded and correct input errors by pressing the "Back" button contained in the Internet browser used by the consumer after checking their information, or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We immediately confirm receipt of the order by an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our GTC by email. The GTC can be viewed at any time at https://charmingglamour.de/AGB. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include the statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.
(2) The consumer has the option of payment via PayPal, credit card (Visa).
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. The delivery time is stated in each product description. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins the day after the payment order is given to the bank making the transfer, and for all other payment methods, the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item does not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by shipment.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
